Overview

World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Coordinator, Integrity & Risk.

Major Function

The Integrity & Risk team is a new and growing team at WWF that supports and promotes a culture of integrity, risk mitigation, and accountability. The coordinator provides strategic and administrative support to the team by helping to lead well-organized projects, creating and maintaining confidential materials, and managing finances.

Responsibilities

Work with the Senior Director, Integrity & Risk, and other key stakeholders to support building systems and processes for integrity, risk mitigation, and accountability. Specifically, the coordinator will assist in the development of investigation, safety and security, and risk mitigation initiatives and programs.

Support the development of an incident management system to include coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders on technical requirements.

Manage data and develop reports for key stakeholders, including those related to incident management and Audit Committee reporting.

Maintain systems that include organized, confidential, and thorough files in a manner that observes appropriate confidentiality and legal privilege, if applicable.

Develop education and outreach materials, both internal and external, including tools and communications for culture, values, risk, and other related initiatives.

Correspond with and coordinate meeting and project details across a wide range of stakeholders including but not limited to partners, donors, Board members, country office staff, and other internal and external groups as needed.

Organize meetings and events, including scheduling, sending digital invitations, setting up conference rooms, preparing materials, and coordinating catering if appropriate.

Assist in the preparation and quality assurance of presentations and other materials, including documents of a confidential nature.

Provide project management support by researching information, creating new materials, and maintaining internal databases.

Coordinate domestic and international travel by managing flight and hotel accommodations, organizing meetings and excursions, and compiling information into detailed itineraries.

Manage finances for the team by monitoring the team’s budget, and support finance/accounting work including compiling expense reports, setting up supplier accounts, and paying invoices.

Manage contracts with consultants and vendors.

Provide administrative support to meetings including compiling and organizing notes for senior level staff members, as needed.

Perform miscellaneous office duties including typing, filing, photocopying, collating, and distributing materials, and sorting and distributing mail.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must have at least two years of experience in program or other relevant experience.
  • Interest in risk management and organizational culture is a plus.
  • Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated experience using the full Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, reports, presentations, and logs.
  • Ability to remain focused and move tasks forward while adapting to new systems and processes in a frequently changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable organization and analytical skills to maintain files and accurately budget expense is key for this role
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills required across written and verbal mediums as one of the front-facing positions in the office. Tasks include courteously interfacing with all manner of internal and external groups and individuals, callers, and visitors; proofreading documents; preparing correspondence; preparing presentations; providing quality assurance.
  • Demonstrated project management and strategic thinking desired to ensure priorities are achieved.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and successfully complete work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
